6000 Series

The 6000 Series is 4" [100] thick, of one-piece, all-steel construction and has no vertical trim for a monolithic look. It's an excellent choice for convention centers and other heavy-use facilities or whenever tall panels are needed

The standard models are often customized to accommodate special job site requirements. Among these are: heights to 60' [18.3], perforated steel faces for NRC ratings, weight transfer, wind resistance, and extra deep bottom seals to compensate for out-of-level floor or snow loads.

The 3" [76] thick 6003 is a "junior" version of the 6000. It has a steel frame and steel faces and a thinner profile. Choose it when you need an all-steel panel but do not need fire ratings or extremely tall panels.

6000 Series Standard Features & Benefits

Retractable top and bottom seals retract for easy movement (pairs & single panels). When extended, they exert constant seal force for optimum sound control and panel stability. When retracted, no seals drag on the floor or ceiling during movement.
Welded steel frame provides rugged durability and strength for HUFCOR's tallest panels. One-piece all-steel panel construction means a monolithic face - no horizontal joints.
Interlocking vertical seals prevent sound leaks and help to align the panels during set-up.
Steel faces for durability May be factory or field decorated.
No vertical face trim is standard, however, full height vertical trim is an option for single panels.
Retractable bottom seal is available with 1-1/2" [38] or 4" [100] clearance to accommodate out -of -level floors.
Waist-high seal activator Panel users appreciate the convenient waist-height location of the seal activator- no need to bend over to activate the seals! The removable handle prevents unauthorized panel movement. It slides over the activator and a half turn sets/retracts the seals, making set up fast and easy (pairs & single panels).
